Texas Woman's University Student Designs

The following designs were completed during my time at Texas Woman's University, where I got my Bachelor's Degree in 2024. One of the goals of the teachers there was to provide real-world opportunities for us to work with clients while we were still under their guiding hands. Through this method, I was able to grow my portfolio and form meaningful connections outside of my campus. 

​The Forgotten Nine
​Trading Cards

​These Trading Cards are deliverables created for The Greater Denton Arts Council's (GDAC) exhibition of The Forgotten Nine as a part of Community Focused Design Studio in the Fall of 2022. The Forgotten Nine are nine women who helped shape the Texas Woman's University arts program but have not received the recognition they deserve until recently. To promote the exhibition, I worked with 3 other students in a team to design cards displaying the "stats" of the nine different members. The finished products were printed and distributed among the business partners of GDAC to further incite engagement with the exhibition.

Advertising Proposals

​These digital and social media advertisements were created as a proposal for The Greater Denton Arts Council's (GDAC) call for artists in the Fall of 2022. Materials Hard + Soft is an exhibition that they put on annually and accept applications for internationally. Through a Texas Woman's University's class, Community Focused Design Studio, I, and other students, were able to work with GDAC for all their graphic design needs.

​Art Day 2022, ​Arte Talks
​Style Guide and Website

​Art Day is a hands-on, interactive event with art workshops and visiting professional artists hosted by Texas Woman's University for visiting high school students and art teachers. As part of the event planning, I worked with a team to research and create an intuitive style guide and website in the Spring of 2022 as part of TWU's Advertising Design class.

​Down Town Mini Mall
​Brand Book Proposal

​As part of a class assignment at Texas Woman's University, I researched, designed, and proposed a logo and brand book for Denton's Down Town Mini Mall. The parameters of the assignment were to find a local business that either had no logo or one that needed to be updated. I chose the Mini Mall due to my own love of the miscellaneous unique store and its lack of identifying branding media.
